- Plain / No Embroidery: blank polo in the selected color.
- Front Crest + Letters: customer-provided crest on the wearer's left chest and Greek letters on the wearer's right chest.
- Front + Arms: chest crest and letters, crossing season/year on the right sleeve, and chapter initials on the left sleeve.
- Front + Back: chest crest and letters, plus back line name, line number and ship name; no sleeve embroidery.
- Front + Back + Arms: complete Chapter Personalized Layout as illustrated.
- Fully Custom Premium: complete layout plus additional approved embroidery details within the garment's usable areas; complex additions are reviewed before production.

Sample words YOUR CREST and YOUR GREEK LETTERS are placeholders for customer-provided approved artwork; YOUR LINE NAME, sample number, YOUR SHIP NAME, SPR 26 and ABC are replaced with your exact details. Send your approved crest and lettering artwork with your personalization details.
Crest stays under 4 inches. Entire back composition, including names and number, fits within 12 × 14 inches; no individual design exceeds 14 inches in either direction. Sleeve details fit within 3 × 5 inches and scale to garment size. Thin or complex artwork may require stitch-safe simplification and customer proof approval. Embroidery mockups illustrate intended appearance; final stitch layout is approved before production.
Personalization and chapter orders
Select size, color and embroidery package. After checkout email info@customd9.com with your order number, crest file, exact Greek letters, line name, line number without a # prefix, ship/group name, crossing season/year, chapter initials and preferred font. For bulk chapter orders send one size roster with each member's line name and number. Shared ship name, thread colors and chapter details can stay coordinated. One proof and one revision are included; production starts after approval. Contact us for a chapter group quote or special colors before ordering.
Sizes XS–5XL are made to order; confirm garment and color availability before production. Size surcharges apply above XL. Processing 1–3 business days; custom production 1–3 weeks after proof approval; shipping 3–7 business days. Custom orders are final sale except damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days. Custom orders cannot be discounted.
