Custom D9 Refund Policy information

The Custom D9 Refund Policy explains the return, exchange, cancellation, and refund terms for personalized and made-to-order products purchased from Custom D9 Greek Apparel.

Most of our products are created specifically for each customer using submitted names, numbers, letters, colors, sizes, chapters, crossing years, logos, crests, and other customization details. Because personalized products cannot normally be resold, custom and made-to-order items are generally considered final sale.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized, embroidered, printed, chenille, sublimated, and made-to-order products are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund because of:

• Incorrect size selection

• A change of mind after production begins

• Incorrect spelling submitted by the customer

• Incorrect names, numbers, dates, chapters, or crossing years submitted by the customer

• Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

• Minor placement or sizing variations that are normal in custom production

• Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or customer-requested revisions

Customers must review all product information, measurements, spelling, colors, dates, numbers, and personalization details before submitting an order.

DESIGN APPROVAL

When Custom D9 provides a digital mockup, the customer is responsible for reviewing the entire design before approval. This includes the front, back, sleeves, names, numbers, colors, organization letters, chapter details, and crossing information.

Approval confirms that the customer accepts the spelling, layout, colors, artwork, and placement shown. Production may begin immediately after approval. The Custom D9 Refund Policy does not provide refunds for errors that were included in an approved mockup unless the finished product is materially different from the approved design.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Contact Custom D9 promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• A photograph of the entire product

• Clear close-up photographs of the affected area

• A photograph of the shipping package when damage occurred during delivery

After reviewing the claim, Custom D9 may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate. The available resolution depends on the nature of the issue and whether the finished product differs from the submitted or approved customization details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once artwork preparation, digitizing, material ordering, embroidery, printing, sublimation, cutting, sewing, or garment production has started, an order may no longer qualify for cancellation or refund.

Artwork fees, design fees, mockup fees, digitizing fees, rush fees, and completed services may be nonrefundable. The Custom D9 Refund Policy allows Custom D9 to deduct completed work and nonrecoverable material costs from an approved cancellation refund.

SIZE AND FIT

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Review the size chart on the applicable product page before placing an order. Some garments have a fitted cut, and customers who prefer a relaxed fit or plan to wear layers underneath should consider ordering one size larger.

A product is not considered defective because the selected size does not fit as expected when its measurements are consistent with the published size chart.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Custom D9 is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, stolen packages, or other events outside our control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier and local delivery office promptly.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Do not return a product without first contacting Custom D9 and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender. Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe and by the method provided by Custom D9.

APPROVED REFUNDS

When a refund is approved under the Custom D9 Refund Policy, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, rush fees, artwork fees, and completed customization services may not be refundable unless the refund is caused by an error made by Custom D9.

Refund processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
