By visiting our website, using our services, submitting customization information, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Online Store Use

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our website, products, designs, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product designs, colors, materials, measurements, and customization options accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device, lighting, garment material, and production process.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting an order, including names, spelling, line names and numbers, chapter initials, crossing seasons and years, garment colors, sizes, quantities, logos, and submitted artwork. Once artwork preparation or production begins, an order may not be modified or canceled.

When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing all text, names, numbers, dates, colors, and placements. Approval authorizes Custom D9 to begin production.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed before production begins unless different arrangements have been confirmed in writing for a qualifying group or bulk order.

Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the product, quantity, design complexity, artwork requirements, material availability, and current production schedule. Shipping time begins after production is complete. Expedited shipping does not automatically shorten production time.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because personalized products are created according to each customer’s submitted specifications, custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of incorrect sizing, changed preferences, or customer-submitted mistakes. Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers who submit logos, crests, trademarks, photographs, names, or other artwork confirm that they have permission or legal authority to use those materials. We may decline any design that appears unauthorized, unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with licensing requirements.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, or services for illegal or fraudulent activities, violating applicable laws, infringing intellectual property rights, uploading malicious code, interfering with website security, or providing false or misleading order information.

Limitation of Liability
