🛍️ Online Store Use

You agree not to use our website, products, designs, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload viruses, malicious software, or other harmful content that could interfere with the security or operation of the website.

🧾 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product designs, colors, materials, measurements, and customization options accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and garment material.

Most Custom D9 products are made to order. Minor variations in color, sizing, embroidery texture, print placement, design scale, or garment appearance may occur because of manufacturing and production processes.

Digital mockups are visual representations and may not show the exact texture, shine, stitching, placement, or color of the completed product.

✏️ Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting an order, including:

Names and spelling

Line names and line numbers

Chapter initials

Crossing seasons and years

Design choices and placement

Garment colors

Sizes and quantities

Logos and submitted artwork

Once artwork preparation or production begins, an order may not be modified or canceled. Additional charges may apply when changes are requested after a design or digital mockup has already been prepared.

When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing all text, names, numbers, dates, colors, and placements. Approval authorizes Custom D9 to begin production.

Custom and personalized products are also subject to our Return and Refund Policy and these Custom D9 Terms of Service.

💳 Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before production begins unless different arrangements have been confirmed in writing for a qualifying group or bulk order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order when fraud, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect pricing, licensing concerns, or inaccurate order information is suspected.

🚚 Production, Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates. Completion times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, design complexity, artwork requirements, material availability, and current production schedule.

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Purchasing expedited shipping may reduce carrier transit time, but it does not automatically shorten the custom production period.

Custom D9 and Brandify LLC are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply when an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because personalized products are created according to each customer’s submitted specifications, custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of incorrect sizing, changed preferences, or customer-submitted mistakes.

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete information about damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different products.

Customers should contact us promptly and provide photographs and order information when reporting a problem. Any approved resolution will be handled according to the Return and Refund Policy and these Custom D9 Terms of Service.

🎨 Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers who submit logos, crests, trademarks, photographs, names, or other artwork confirm that they have permission or legal authority to use those materials.

We may decline any design that appears unauthorized, unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with licensing requirements.

Organization names, crests, symbols, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Submission of artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Custom D9 or Brandify LLC.

🚫 Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, or services for:

Illegal or fraudulent activities

Violating applicable laws or regulations

Infringing intellectual property rights

Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory conduct

Uploading malicious code or harmful content

Interfering with website security or operation

Providing false or misleading order information
