- Full Custom: front, back and sleeves with an additional personalized name or custom text detail; layout confirmed before production.

- Send your exact line name, line number (without #), ship/group name, chapter initials and crossing season/year with your order number to info@customd9.com.
- Confirm spelling and embroidery placement before production.
Standard placement: crest on left chest; Greek letters on right front; chapter on left sleeve; crossing season/year on right sleeve. Back: line name above the large number and ship/group name below. All embroidery matches the jacket color.
Sizes S–3XL. Production: 2–4 weeks. Shipping: 3–7 business days after completion. Customized items are final sale except damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
