How to Order

- Select your customization level.
- Enter your personalization details in the listing fields: name, chapter, crossing semester/year, line name, line number, ship/group name, and embroidery notes as applicable.
- Review all spelling, Greek letters, dates, and numbers before submitting.
Choosing Your Size
Choose your regular jacket size for a standard fit. Size up if you prefer additional room for layering. XL and larger include the listed size upcharge automatically.
Suggested Embroidery Placement
Crest on left chest, organization letters on the opposite front, crossing semester/year and chapter initials on sleeves, and line name, large line number, and ship/group name on back. Placement is adjusted to the customization level selected.
Production & Shipping
Custom production: approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment. Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after production. Rush service requires advance approval and may include an additional fee.
Custom Order Policy
Images show sample personalization for design reference. Custom and personalized items are final sale except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced orders. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a production issue.
