Return & Refund Policy

At CustomD9, all items are made to order and many are customized specifically for each customer.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (not what was ordered)


⚠️ Custom Orders

All customized or personalized items, including sorority and fraternity apparel, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error or defect.


📩 Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email info@customd9.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem


✅ Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method


💳 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after review.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color, design placement, or sizing

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered


📦 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase only. After production begins, no changes can be made.
